Care Your Skin
Before applying any face pack on your face it is very necessary to take steam on your face gently & than clean your face with very soft cotton cloth or cotton. Clean it gently from neck to face in upward direction. Steam opens the small pores of your skin & thus the dirt inside the skin comes out. Add some lemon drops in the water taken for steaming to get good results.
Secondly it is very necessary to first check whether your skin is dry, oily or normal because one face pack is not useful on all types of skin.
Juice for the Beautiful Skin
4 Carrots + 1 Cucumber + 2 Tomatoes + 1 Lemon + Some 4 or 5 leaves of Mint.
Wash all these properly & take out their juice in a juicer. Add salt according to your taste. Take this juice in the morning with your breakfast. This juice protects your skin from any skin infection & in addition it increases your digestive capacity.
A Tonic for Your Body & Brain …
10 Almonds + 15-20 saffron petals + 2 green Cardamom [Iliac] + 1 Banana + ½ liter milk + Sugar according to your taste.
Mix all these in mixer till they mix very finely. In summers add ice cubes to this milk shake.

Note: In all over recommendations where ever almonds are used they should be used after taking out their coverings. For that put almonds in water for a night & take out their covering in the morning.

Hairs play an important role in the beauty of a person . To increase the life of hairs so that they can keep you beautiful for a long period it is very necessary to keep them healthy . The quality & texture of the hairs differ from person to person . As our skin is of three types oily , normal & dry . Similarly our hairs are of three types oily , normal & dry . The person with oily skin have oily hairs , those with dry skin have dry hairs, & same with the person of normal skin .
Nowadays all people of this world are mainly facing three main problems of hairs firstly dandruff , secondly greying of hairs & thirdly falling of hairs . Chemical containing shampoo & soaps are responsile for these problems . Pollution and faintly food habits are adding to it . Shampoo & soaps are more harmful because chemical in them destroys the natural beauty of the hair.
But there are some simple habits which if we include in our day today life will keep us safe from these hair problem . For example -
1. Use natural Herbal shampoo with less chemicals.
2. Do not comb wet hairs because harshly combing wet hairs
3. At least take 6 hours sleep daily . Do not work too much in late nights .
